Dear Tracey,

I cant thank you enough for all the care and attention you have lavished on my two guinea pigs on their numerous holidays to Comfy Cavies. They have been coming to you for most of their lives, and as they are geriatrics now, that is quite a long time!

I find it hard to find words good enough to describe the service that you provide. First and foremost being able to leave my pigs in a safe and caring environment gives me such peace of mind. Then comes the fact that the pigs themselves love it - what better recommendation could you have than the two pigs eagerly making themselves at home in your superb indoor & outdoor hutches. As you know, I always joke that they run and hide when they hear me approaching to take them home again!

I am so impressed by the service you give - everything is clean, ordely and efficient and you are so helpful and friendly that I really consider you a friend even though I only see you a few times a year! I also love your grooming service as I always come back to two soft, sweet smelling boys that I hardly recognise.

Finally I must thank you for all the practical help and advice that you have given me. Last time I collected the boys after a weekend break you told me that one of them had lost weight and didn't seem to be eating properly. You spotted something that I had missed and that led to me taking him to the vet who had to give him some much needed dental treatment. I am so grateful because without this I fear he could have become very poorly and I could have lost him prematurely. Your vet recommendation was good too.

As you know we have been regularly using the services of Comfy Cavies for over 5 years now. On average this has been 2 or 3 times a year whilst we are away on holiday. We feel that you, together with the care that you provide and your obvious love for animals are second to none.

We know that if Harry & Henry, our two loveable pets could talk they would be asking us when they were next coming to Auntie Tracey and their other furry pals.

We honestly feel that they are happy there and always come back to us groomed and handsome.

If I could describe your service it would be as a health spa for small furry animals.

To all guinea-pig owners:

If you need a safe and secure place for your guinea-pigs to board while you are away from home, then we would whole heartedly recommend Comfy Cavies.

We have been boarding our guinea pigs with Tracey at Comfy Cavies for nearly 5 years. She is completely devoted to them and their care. Her hutches are large, clean and well stocked with hay, fresh and dried foods and water. When we leave Treasure at Comfy Cavies, we know that she will be very well looked after. Thank you Tracey, for all your help and advice over the years.

We discovered Comfy Cavies three years ago through a web search and an advert at the local pet shop. We were going on holiday and needed someone reliable to look after our two little guinea pigs, Pumkin and Pixie. Two weeks seemed a long time to have to ask neighbours to help out and we wanted someone who really understood these particular pets.

We can thoroughly recommend Tracey and her Comfy Cavies boarding service. She runs it from her big airy shed and garden, where our cavies can board alongside Tracey's own menagerie in luxury hutches with lots of fresh hay and food. When we leave them there we have complete peace of mind and they settle in straight away. Tracey is very businesslike and checks contact details and vet's name etc. She also provides a grooming service, so if like me you have trouble clipping their toenails, why not pay a bit extra and get her to do a shampoo and nail cut while they are on holiday too!

And another thing, Tracey knows a lot about guinea pigs and can often give useful care advice to a new owner.

Re: Comfy cavies

We have entrusted Comfy cavies our guineas, George & Henry, at least 3-4 times per year over the last few years. We recommend Comfy cavies and Tracey, without reservation.

We feel happy in the knowledge that Tracey is an experienced guinea pig handler. She shows great affection to all Guineas in her care. In the time that we have known her she has shown herself to be honest, punctual and very caring towards the guineas and her clients.
